What We Did

The Process

PHASE ONE

Developing the strategy

Over a few days facilitated sessions, we surfaced the challenges MegArt Studio as a business faced. In the process, they prioritized the needs and goals of the business and its customers. This became the foundation for our future work – planning the creation of the new online platform.

PHASE ONE

Understanding the business

Through a series of exercises in the strategy session calls, we were able to extract the business management needs and priorities and translate them into website functionalities. This defined the platform’s functionality in terms of business insights and future proofed back-end administration management.

PHASE ONE

Understanding the users

MegArt Studio is highly focused on creating long-term relantionships with their customers. It’s the haven for people wanting to be a part of a creative, intuitive, emotional and spiritually based community. To understand the needs of these customers, we created user profiles to represent the range of their usual students. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs and wants.

PHASE TWO

Designing the user experience

Designing a slick and delightful user experiences is a not an easy task. It takes a high level of empathy with the prospected users, and the ability to leave your own personal biases behind and look at the picture with curiosity, fresh eyes and an open mind. It requires aligning the user needs with the business goals and having the technical constraints in mind, to create a solution that will work well for everyone.

With MegArt studio we did exactly that. It helped us define how the website should be structured and what are the key components to have have in order to create a delightful customer experience and non-distructive online sales funnels. It helped us create a sleek and intuitive user journey from awareness to purchase and beyond.

PHASE THREE

Developing the website and the learning management system

We created the website and we integrated it with an easy to use Learning Management System. It provides the site owners with ability to create, organize and sell online courses by themselves and on their own website, with just a few clicks. We added a fully visual drag and drop course builder and a very simple way to create quizzes, assignments, training programs, exams and more.

We added the ability to sell memberships, collect automatic payments, collect open-priced donations and single course payments.

We created online sales funnels, consisting of a single-page checkout, 2 types of up-sells, a downsale and a thank you page. We integrated all this with the client‘s mail platform of choice – Mailchimp.
